About the project
The project combines legal and organisational knowledge with hands-on training in specialised learning environments. Participants develop situational awareness, first-response skills, communication under stress and responsible decision-making with limited information.
Programme
All participants attend a common session on the legal and organisational foundations of safety. Each participant then selects four of the five practical modules:
- shooting training and basic self-defence;
- first aid in a simulation environment;
- a campus crisis decision game;
- communications, navigation, mobile devices and GPS;
- crisis management and teamwork under pressure.
What participants receive
Each participant receives access to the practical training, a digital handbook and multimedia materials, an educational podcast, a certificate and meals during the training day.
